Start with some rhythmic breathing whilst your walking along- concentrate on your breath, in and out, braething deeply and calmly. Once you feel relaxed take a moment to pause and be still- one of your favourite spots is a good place to do this. Now before you move on get into your senses: Look for 5 things Listen to 4 things Touch 3 things Smell 2 things Taste 1 thing ( make sure you know what this is before you taste it !) With your senses more switched on use them all for the rest of your walk today.
