Tending and caring

Too windy here for fire lighting! So todays invitation is to join us in some caring and tending for your local neighbourhood. As we become connected to a space- a favourite walk, an uplifting view, the best mud patch or a swathe of majestic trees- we start to feel a shared responsibility and ownership with the others that spend their life there. Part of our responsibility is to take care of spaces which others might not. 'not care' comes from a variety of places/reasons so there is no blame here. It is good to show our own gratitude by care taking- and one of the ways you can do this is to always take a litter bag with you- grab a bag, some gloves and pick up the litter you see along your way.
